UNDER THE SEA / Bajo el Mar

The summer is almost over and I didn't want to pass the opportunity to make a nail art about it. This idea was taken from a wallpaper that I saw the other day. I like the color combination, unusual for a summer nail art. This blue is darker in reality.

KATE SPADE NAIL ART | Uñas Kate Spade

Hi, how are you? Today I want to show you a nail art that I did inspired in a brand that I like very much: Kate Spade, I like it because, despite it is very girlie (which I'm not) it's very chic and always has funny designs.

So here it is:

GREEN GRADIENT NAIL ART | Degradado verde

Hi, today I'll show you a little experiment that I did with pigments, is just a green gradient with golden studs. It was a miracle to take a decent photo because the finish is like a mirror.
I just patted the pigment with my finger when the polish is almost dry and sticky, you can apply as many layers as you want adding top coat between layers, waiting for each layer to dry. Don't put pigment when the polish is too wet or it will create nasty lumps.

The polish is: PUPA Lasting Color #730 Pigment: BISSÚ No. 26

YELLOW& GREY NAIL ART | Amarillo y Gris

I've been buying a lot of yellow polishes lately, maybe is the summer that makes me do it ;) This is the last one that I bought, it's from the Floral Collection from BISSÚ the name is Lirio del Valle and it's a very pretty yellow, very unusual, with a green undertone, in daylight it looks just beautiful.

I combined with colors from the same brand and add a little chrome with studs and tape, I really liked it, my favorite it's the ring finger.
The polishes: Grey: 230 - Oxford, Yellow: 214 - Lirio del Valle, Silver: de la colección Metálicos and Matte Top Coat de REVLON

EYES & LIPS NAIL ART | Uñas Ojos y Bocas

It's Thursday already, time to post this week nail art, this time the inspiration came from 2 fabric prints that I found in fashion blogs: the eyes are from a tote bag but I don't know the brand, and the lips are from an American Apparel t-shirt.

In this art I used acrylic paint, I refused to use it before because I didn't think that the result is as good as if you use polish, maybe it's because I don't know how to use it properly. Now, perhaps, acrylic paint and I can be friends.
I used for the base: OPI's MyVampire isBuff for the lips, and China Glaze's For Audrey for the eyes.
